今度は悪徳プレイヤーを呼ぶ、というのもどうでしょうか

　ウルティマオンラインが運営開始から10周年ということで、4Gamerで元GMの座談会の模様が連載されているそうな。

　持論なのですが、「世界で一番面白いオンラインゲームはUOのGMだ」と思っているのです。
　これはUOに限ったわけではなく「いい設計のゲームを舞台とした」という程度でとらえていただければいいと思うのですが、各種コンテンツの企画運営をやっていても、オンラインゲームほど面白いものは滅多にないと思うのです。
　放送作家も楽しかったです。でもやはり企画からユーザーへの到達、そしてそのフィードバックがやってくるまでのサイクルには一週間とか一か月のタイムラグがあるわけです。
　広告代理店もめちゃくちゃ楽しかったです。でも広告作業は一年とか早くても数カ月のタイムラグがあるんですよね。フィードバックが来ないことも多いし。
　ゲーム制作なんかだと二年三年あたりまえだし。

　こう考えるとオンラインゲームの運営は「企画と実施とユーザーフィードバックのタイムラグが非常に少ない」という点でも面白くてしょうがないのですが、実はそれ以上に「ユーザーからのフィードバックの濃さ」という点でも特筆する点があるんですよね。情報の対称性として。
（ここら辺の話は「快楽のサイクルとかなんとか: KQZ on authentic」「ネットコミュニティとラジオ番組とMMORPGとは一本の線で結ばれているというお話: KQZ on authentic」あたりに書いているので興味のある向きは適当に）

　でもさらに言えば「ニコニコ動画で気の利いたコメントを入れる」とか言うのはもっともっとサイクルが短くなってるんだよねぇ。しかしそういったコメント職人の奴らって今後その技量をどこで役立てていくつもりなんだろうかなぁ、とか考えるとちょっと考えてしまうところもあるのだな。
　ラジオ番組や雑誌の投稿欄のハガキ職人なら放送作家とかライターへと進めるだろうけど、基本的に匿名のメディアなわけだし……　　おっと、脱線しちまった。


　さて、4Gamerの特集に戻りますと。
　誰が誰とか邪推はいたしませんがよく知った人のような気もいたします。mixi日記の方には一人反応しやがりましたし。
　今度はGMだけではなく、是非悪徳プレイヤーを呼んで「あれはてめーがやったのかバーロー」とつかみ合いの喧嘩を繰り広げていただきたいものでございます。
