たまにはauthenticbar.comの管理人らしいこともしておくか

そういえばサイトオーナーらしいことを全然してないやぁ。
師走ということでいろいろとありますんでまとめて書いておきますです。

• ODINのオーナー・菊地夫妻が恒例の欧州買出しから戻ってきた模様です。
  今日あたりからお店に出られることとと思います。
  最後の数日はMISAYO画伯のパリにあるアパートに泊まっていたらしく、証言によると「ものすごい大量のお酒を買っていた」のだそうです。
  もうしばらくすると欧州買出し紀行の写真がアップできるかと。

• ちなみにMISAYOがアロマやプロポリスなどをフランスから直送してくれるLACALACAはこちら。
  品質がよいのとお安いのとで人気だそうな。

• bar Dolphyの田邉さんからDMが届きました。
  12月20日に2店目をオープンするとのことです。
  名前はbar Evans。銀座三丁目です。
  17日のレセプションに呼ばれているのでその模様は後ほどアップいたします。

• Abbot's Choiceのメニューが変わりました。

  フィッシュ＆チップス　日本一への道。

  今までフィッシュ＆チップスは「本日のフィッシュ＆チップス」￥１２００　
  と「普通のフィッシュ＆チップス」￥９５０　だったのを一本化して　
  　
  「旬のフィッシュ＆チップス」￥１０５０－　のみにしました。　
  　
  本場風に造ると「おひょう」をいう魚か「たら」を使うのですが、あまり美味くない・・・。確かに日本で手に入る「冷凍のたら」や「冷凍のおひょう」を使っても細胞が壊れていて旨味と水分が抜け出ているような魚なんかを使って美味くなるわけが無い。　
  　
  聞けばイギリスでも海に近い町のＰＵＢに行けば魚もちゃんとした魚も使うらしい・・・。　
  と、言うことで　折角、魚の美味い国日本にいるわけだし、美味くない魚料理をＡｂｂｏｔ’ｓ　Ｃｈｏｉｃｅで出す必要も無いので、たらは止めました。　
  　
  因みに本日のフィッシュ＆チップスは「天然の平目」。美味いです。　
  日本一美味いフッシュ＆チップス目指して頑張ります。

• 連絡事項1
  赤坂のBambooのサイトがまだつくれてませーん。
  というのも叶さんがわたしてくれた原稿がLotusなんですよぉ。
  どっかコンバーターないかなぁ。

  「ウチの店も authenticbar.com に入れて欲しい」とか「サイトを作って」とかいう連絡をたまーにいただきますが、authenticbar.com は僕の個人的な趣味のサイトでしてお仕事でやっているわけではありません。
  「おいしいなぁこの店」と思って仲良くなったときに、たまたまお店がサイトを持っていなかった場合などに作らさせてもらっているだけなのです。もちろん工賃もいただいてませんし。
  リンクに関しては吉祥寺のWoodyさんとか渋谷のコレオスさんとか、自分のところでサイトを持っている店もあるので考えますです。

菊池さんのお酒、ほんの一部がまだパリに残っている、です♪
なんか菊池さんの爆弾トークをパリで、しかも菊池さんが運転する左ハンドル車内で聞いてるとき、不思議なかんじでしたよ〜〜
ストに巻き込まれたり、車レッカー移動されたり、飲酒検査にひっかかったり、飛行機が翌日の便になったり、いろいろ大変そうでしたが……。
