ご近所フレンチのちBambooそして深夜の企画書書き

（05.03.14追記）
ホワイトアスパラの季節だということで、日経系の某Ｓさん夫妻とご近所フレンチ「オステルリースズキ」に行く。
ホントに毎日前を通っている店なのだが一度も入ったことが無かった。ストロウドッグのコイズミくんはよく来てるみたいなんだけども。

一番奥の個室に通されて、まずはちっちゃなシューの中にエスカルゴが入っているアミューズグールと
Ｓさんに選んでいただいた白ワインで乾杯。
前菜はホワイトアスパラとスカンピのソテー。みずみずしく火が通されたぶっといホワイトアスパラを卵黄の利いたソースで食べるともうたまらん。あと２本は食べられるぞ。スカンピの卵をソースに溶いてパンにつけて皿がキレイになるまでふき取って完食。
続いてアワビと春キャベツのエチュベ。アワビのこりこりとした食感と柔らかく甘く火が通ったキャベツが好対照。バターの薫りも高いアワビの肝とロックフォールの塩味の利いたソースがこれまた旨い！　パスタにしてもいいかも。
赤ワインはＳさん夫妻が仲のいい山本マスヒロ氏お勧めのものに。ん。さくりとうまい。
肉料理はそれぞれが好きなものを選んだので「野ウサギとフォアグラ」きんときさんは「小羊とフォアグラのパイ包み焼き」Ｓさん夫妻は「青首鴨のソテーワインソース」「鶉のソテージェニパーベリー風味のソース」をそれぞれチョイス。
野ウサギは弱火でじっくりと火を入れていくという昔のフレンチの技法を使っているからか身が柔らかくハンバーグのような感じ。小羊もちょいとつまんだが美味しかった。
Ｓさん夫妻は仕事柄沢山のいいお店を知ってらっしゃるのでいろんなレストランの話や、近ごろ新聞をにぎわせている話題など会話も弾む。
鈴木さんはコートドールで魚介のシェフをされていたとのことなので、次の時には魚をメインに選んでみるかな。
最後には色々な種類のデザートプレートとコーヒーで締め。

食事後、アボットチョイスに行くかBambooに行くかちょっと迷ってBambooに決定。
工事中のTBS会館の前を歩きながらもろもろ相談なども。
土曜日のBambooはお客さんがいないと思っていたら我々が入ってからあっという間に満席になる。
叶野さんの京都人らしいいちびり加減も炸裂しっぱなし。なんか壊れてませんか近ごろ？
クォーターデッキ、ジンバック、スクリュードライバー、カシスウーロンでまずは口を湿らせる。
ここのカシスウーロンはいちいち烏龍茶を入れてから作ってくれるのでかなーり旨い。
話していると、なんでもアボットチョイスにも行ってくれたそうで。口は悪いけど人は悪くないのだなぁ、とやっと分かった。でも君はODINの菊地さんとそっくりだよ、毛が薄くないだけで、と忘れずに刷り込んでおく。
２杯ずつくらい飲んだ辺りで解散。
Ｓさん夫妻も気に入ってくれたようで良かった良かった。

でテクテクと家まで歩いて帰ってきて一保堂のほうじ茶をずずずっ。
その後メールを処理しながらとある筋から講演依頼が来ていたので縷々ネタ出しなど。ネット広告の変遷とコミュニティ運営についてだとか。ふむふむ。某国立大学の授業にも転用できそうだし、しっかりとまとめときまひょか。
それと先週トロチチと吉川＠IPインフュージョンさんと盛り上がったデバイスについてのラフラフな仕様整理。これ出来たら面白くなりそうだなぁ。コンテンツ制作機能が格段にアレするし。別件の作業もあるからここらでキチンと英語の勉強し直したほうがいいかもに。
しかしひょっこりひょうたん島はどこに行くか分からんがこのターンでいきなり登場するのは（そしてできるのは）いずれにせよトリックスターであることは間違いないので事務方は大変だなぁ、とか感想を記念に書いておこうっと。
