日本酒天国から四谷三丁目浅間へ

夕方水天宮で打ち合わせがあったので、そのまま北上して国技館へと向かう。
昨日今日と日本名門酒会が主宰する「日本酒天国」が開催されているのだな。

会場に到着すると既に「当日券売り切れました」という張り紙が出ている。
おぉまいがっ、と毒づくまもなく目の前に飯田社長がいらっしゃったのでなんとなく1枚ゲットできてしまった。3,900円也。
利き猪口とおつまみ弁当を戴いて会場に入ってみると既に満員。2,000人以上の飲み助達が猪口を片手に90蔵からの蔵元さんと歓談しつつ利き酒しているのだ。聞くと昨日の台風でも2,000人集まったらしい。酒の魔力はすごいですなぁ。昨日なら枡席も用意していただいていたのだがあの台風じゃ来れませんでしたハイ。
会場のそこかしこで蔵元さんとかのんべえとかの知り合いから声がかかる。哲さんやsugaさん、利き酒師連中、カメラマン、ライター等々…
どこの蔵元の冷やおろしとお燗に注力していてなかなか楽しい。端麗辛口とかいうへんてこなキーワードで疲弊しているからなぁこの業界。
ぐはぁっ。前に「王様の耳はロバの耳」で書いた某女性蔵元が全然関係のない蔵の法被を着て対応してやがる。当然忌避。
日本名門酒会創設30周年記念ということで、30年クラスの大古酒のチャリティーオークションなどもあったが、半分プロである身の上なので参加せず仕舞い。しかし達磨正宗の30年が12,000円って破格過ぎなんですけど。

本編が終わって二次会に流れることになる。
亀泉の蔵元の西原さんもいらっしゃるとのことなので、四谷三丁目の浅間に行くことに決定。電話を掛けて一階を押さえてもらい、まずは家まで自転車でひた走る。
京都に行った時に松の司の石田くんから貰っていたスペシャルを飲もうという魂胆なのだな。
このスペシャルというのは去年の造りのうち一番良かったタンクからの特別選抜で、ヤブタから石田くん自らが直に手詰めしたといういわば斗瓶囲いならぬ4合瓶囲いの逸品。どうせなら大勢で飲んでファンを増やしましょうということなのだ。
日本酒冷蔵庫から酒をひっつかみ浅間へと取って返すとまだ誰も到着していなかった。はーはーぜーぜー。
しばらくするとみなさんから電話が入ってきて総勢13名になってしまった様子。どうも美味しいお酒のニオイがぷんぷんと漂ったらしく中目のﾉﾝﾀﾞｸﾚさんも家から参戦。
まぁなんだか分からないけど既にでき上がっている善男善女がいい酒をかっくらって大騒ぎした、という図を思い浮かべていただければ幸い。
日経レストランの菅原編集長がカメラマンのＮさんとばったりあったとのことで、Ｎさんも参加。久しぶりに会ったのだが相変わらず「J4Dはオレが作った」とかでかい声で言っている。みんな大人なので聞き流す。いやアナタがJ4Dで造られているよーな気がする、とは只の言葉遊びです思いついただけです誰にも言ってませんですハイ。
しかし今日は移動が全部自転車だったのと最初から日本酒しか飲んでなかったのでかなり機嫌よく酔っぱらってしまった。
浅間初体験のみなさんには楯野川なんかが評判良かったみたいでした。松の司もよかったしぃ。

Would love an IPAD 2. Just makes sense if it had an anti glare screen. The Ipad would be killer on the other tablets as it already does more then all of them combined and if a 7 inch screen it already emulates all the other e-readers, ie Nook, Kindle, etc. Needs more ram, camera, faster processor.Well, wow. So far today, 1 hour 56 minutes of usage and 16 hours of standby my battery is at 65%.
