おらあケララだぞ

そういえばギョーカイに入りたての頃、まだ会社員だったしりあがり寿さんとお仕事をしたことがあったよーな。後日NASという同人劇団のお手伝いめいた事をしたとき（スポンサーともいう）そんなことを話したらばお互いに覚えてなかったのだった。はっはっは。
（解説すると「おらあロココだ」という漫画があっただけの話なのだな）

そんなことはどうでもいいのだが前回までのあらすじ。

なかなか予約が取れないことで有名な「草喰なかひがし」に一ヶ月前に電話をしたKQZ。しかし解禁日の朝に電話をしたにも拘らずキャンセル待ちに。そうこうしているうちに京都旅行はその大半を終えようとしていた。有名俳優・高島政伸氏に紹介された「日本イチうまい」というインド料理屋さんに行こうとしたその矢先に一本の電話が。それはすっかり諦めていたなかひがしからの急な電話だったのだが……。
結局、インド料理「ケララ」を選んだKQZだったのであった。

要約長すぎ。

今日は滋賀県の蔵元『松の司』の蔵人の石田くんと一緒に食事なのだ。
石田くんは普段は京都に住んでいてつくりのシーズンだけ蔵で合宿するのだと言う。
新婚ほやほやのイケメン蔵人なのだな。（しかしてその実態は夜の新撰組でもあるのだが）

京都市役所前あたりで石田くんと落ち合う。お、自転車で来ている。
11月に赤坂で店を開店すると言う名取と、その店のバーテンダーをやるゴヤくんとが仕入れから戻ってきて合流。sugaさんに教えていただいたブルーパロットで骨董のグラスなどを大量に購入したそうな。
ゴヤくんは新宿のPearl Bar出身の沖縄人。名刺がまだできていないので漢字でどう書くのかはしらないー。

総勢5人ですぐ近くにあるインド料理屋さん『ケララ』へと向かう。
おお、かなり本格的なインディアンレストランではないですか。
タンドリーやサモサ、ヨーグルトサラダ、カレー三種類にナンを頼んで食べまくる。
久しぶりにカレーを食べて満足。何を頼んでも確かに美味しい。しかし「日本一」かなぁ。いや、掛け値なしに美味しいんだけどね。高嶋さんはドラマの撮影で来ると三ヶ月とか住むことになるしなにかと和食に連れて行かれることが多いので、こういった本格的なインド料理を食べると激しくグルメポイントがアップするのだろう。ウコンも大好きだしな。（関係ないか）
帰り際にお店の人に紹介されて来た旨を伝えるが「え、ウチが日本一？まぁ、そう言っていただけるのは嬉しいですケド……」と戸惑い気味であった。

しかし紹介でお店に行くというのもなかなか面倒なのだ。
入るなり「○○さんの紹介なんだけど…」というと特別扱いを強要しているようではなはだ厭味な感じがするし、かといってなにも言わないでおくと紹介してくれた人が「こないだ髭の濃いヤツが来たでしょ？」とかしゃべったときに「さぁ…」などと返されて赤っ恥をかかしてしまう事があるからなのだ。
食事中に「どなたかの御紹介ですか？」などと聞かれたりしたらそのときでもいいだろうけども、そうでなければさりげなく会計後に言うくらいがベストなのかなぁ。もちろん会計前はさもしそうに見えるから最悪ね。（笑）

食後、今回の京都旅行で3回目の登場となる「K家」に行く。
松の司の石田くんとかなり深い日本酒業界の話になってしまい2時近くまで飲んでしまった。
石田くんもアメフトをやっていたというのでそんなところでも親近感が。
発売前の週刊ダイヤモンドを間に挟みあれやこれや。しかし、流通、だよなぁ。
京都に限らず老舗の料亭では料理とお酒が完全に不釣合いになっている。これは仕入先の問題であって蔵元さんではどうしようもないことのようなのだ。和食にあわせる食中酒としてこれほどよくできているものもないというのにもったいないというかなんと言うか。あぁいえないことが多すぎるからこの辺にしておくか。

まだ飲み足りないししゃべり足りなかったのだが明朝早くに起きてクルマで東京に出発するので名残を惜しみながらも解散する。
