サーバーアタックといきなり中華街

なんだかサーバーアタックされていたらしい。
特に実害はなかったけどもeyesさんが徹夜して対応していたそうなのでなんか飯をおごる事に決定。
…はっ、もしや自作自演!?　などというのは考えすぎですね、ハイ。

朝はぼんやりとしながら、先日蒸し鶏を作ったときにでた鶏のスープに先週開催した「ウチの冷蔵庫の日本酒飲み会」のときにsugaさんからお土産でいただいた七代目佐藤養助うどんを放り込んでいただく。香妃園の鶏煮込みソバのうどん版という感じだが、今度やるときには麺を硬めに引き上げてスープの中で煮込むとさらにいいかも。
Nissinから荷物も届いたのでふらっと買い物にでもでるか、ということで日比谷線で自由が丘まで行く事に。
んが、中目黒で乗り換えた東横線が特急中華街行きだったので電車の中で行き先がいきなり変更。30分足らずで中華街のど真ん中なんて夢のようざますわよ。
あじあーんなテイストの雑貨類をがしがしと買い込み、市場街で生の百合のつぼみやらこぶし大の巨大にんにくを見つけて購入。江戸清という昔っからやっている巨大肉まん屋で買い食いしつつ、他にも食材屋さんで豆鼓や山査子、シジミの粉末、ターメリックなどを買い込む。肉まんがふかふかでんまい。
道すがらふと「一石屋酒店」という酒屋さんを発見。
表から見てもいずれ名のある酒屋さんであろうたたずまいに思わず入ってみる。
うひゃぁ。なんだかすごい品揃えですな。独自の仕入れでひっじょうに気になってしまう。今度クルマで仕入れに来るかな。おじさんおばさんも話好きそうなんだが荷物が多いので今回は遠慮しておく。試飲しても買って帰れなきゃ悲しいしー。
露地を入ったところにあるなじみの乾物屋さんで緑豆が1kg400円で売っていて思わず購入。
で、目の前にたまたまあった「耀盛號」という店の「阿媽肉包」というのが紅腐乳入りとかで美味しそうなので二つ目の肉まんを買い食い。これまたうまい。皮がもう少しふかふかだといいかもね。
一息入れようと緑苑という中国茶屋でお茶をして帰宅。

夜はさきほど買ってきた巨大ニンニクと昨日買ったマッシュルームを100スキでオイル煮にしたものを、昨日焼いたパンにつけながら食べて夜ゴハンにする。今日買ったフレッシュの百合の蕾もサッと炒めて煮凝り状の鶏スープで味付けして食べる。んまんま。
食後、昨日大量に購入したスイートバジルでジェノベーゼソースを作る。
今日の五郎八のゴハンは蒸し鶏のササミだ。
はじめは怪訝そうに見ていたが一口食べてみるとどうやら気に入ったらしく「なにコレ？　んまいよコレ。いいの、食べて？」とこっちを見たりお皿を見たりとものすごい勢いで食べていた。
しょせん子猫だな。かわいい。
