たんどりー

タンドリー・エボダイ、チキンカレー with 三穀米。サラダ。
日曜日に作ったスペイン風エボダイをタンドリー風に漬け込んで焼き焼き。クレソンとじゃがいもの付け合わせの酸味と苦味とが美味しい。三穀米は麦、米、赤米。しっかりと噛みごたえあり。
