代官山からノーラスそして東中野

代官山に靴を買いに行き、そのあとヒルサイドパントリーにお買い物。ホシノ天然酵母やら小麦粉やら豆やらを買い込んでくる。四葉のスキムミルクが無かったのが残念。さくまあきらさんの日記を見てみたら代官山にいらしたらしい。ニアピンなり。帰ってきておやつを食べたら鳴戸金時が実家に車を動かしに帰るとのこと。その間はエバークエストのレベルあげ。松本隆さんとか加藤直之さんとレベルを合わせないといけないので暇さえあればあげているのだ。19時過ぎに東中野の睦で落ち合って蕎麦を食べる。博報堂の社内Web用の写真撮影などしながら。蕎麦味噌の柚餅子、鴨のレバーペースト、カマンベールチーズの天ぷら酒盗和え、牡蠣の出汁巻き卵、蕎麦掻き、鴨のたたきなどを頂く。お酒は徳島の芳水。山廃の冷おろしらしい味の乗りかただが、ちょっと幅ったいのでぬる燗にしてもらう。すると味わいが途端に引き立ってくる。特にカマンベールチーズとの相性は完璧でしたか。ぬる燗よりちょいと熱いほうがよかったかも。
最後の蕎麦は粗びきざると牡蠣の天ぷらざる。牡蠣の天ぷらはたまらん旨さなり。この店はもっと流行って欲しいなぁ。ステキ過ぎ。

You actually make it seem so easy with your presentation but I find this topic to be really something that I think I would never understand. It seems too complex and very broad for me. I'm looking forward for your next post, I’ll try to get the hang of it!
