合羽橋に行った後、九平次の蔵人さんと中華に

合羽橋に行って鮨なかむらさんの結婚祝いの薬研を買う。合羽橋祭りの最中ということでかなりの人出。スパイスの特売や京都で松茸をお土産で送る為の籠などを買い込む。抽選券を3枚貰えて引いてみると4等賞で1,000円ゲット。おお、当たることもあるもんだ。上野まで歩いて帰る途中にそれなりに有名らしいアップルパイ屋さんがあり2ピース買って帰る。紅玉（？）の酸味とカスタードクリームがなかなか美味しかったけど作れないってほどでもないかな。
夕方、醸し人九平次の伊藤君が東京最後の日だとのことで夕食に行くことに。永田町のビジネスホテルに泊まっているので、近場ということで溜池山王の過門香に予約。ま、愛知県にはなさそうなオシャレーな感じかな、という選択だったり。休日のお勧めコース3,000円に旬の魚1,500円を追加してみたが、サービスのお姉ちゃんが全く要を得ない。「今日の魚ってなんですか？」「えっと、あの…　聞いてきます………あ、鯛と、あの…　は？　あ、今日は鯛があまりよくないようで、あの、その、えっと、やっぱり聞いてきます」
下手にインカムがあったりするとそれに頼るからいけないんだよなぁ。今日使う食材くらい手のひらに書く勢いで覚えるだろ普通。ま、いいんだけど。結局、黒ソイを一匹使ってくれるとのことだったので、「調理法はどんな感じになるんですか？」とごく普通の質問をしてみる。…が、やはり撃沈。ま、しゃーないか。清蒸あたりがいーかなー、と思っていたら、三度引き返してきた後の彼女が「コリアンダーは大丈夫ですか？」と聞いてきた。ほう、やはり清蒸なのかな。もうこの辺になると何が出てきても面白がれるくらいな状態になっている。「コリアンダーって、パクチーですよね？」「は、いえ、コリアンダーです」「え？　スパイスで出てくるんですか？　乾燥して？　シャンツァイではなく？」「（困惑）」もうどうでもいいやぁ。かまわずに伊藤君にパクチーは大丈夫か聞いてみてそれに決定。
コースはまず6種類の冷菜盆から。ふむふむ美味しい。生ホタテの中華
風が甘くて美味しかった。続いて中華スープ。フカヒレがホンのちょっとだけ入っていたかな。値段の割にはよいかと。お次は点心。ここの売りでもあるショウロンポウと海老焼売と肉焼売の盛り合わせ。ここの土日の点心コースだと、ストローでスープを吸う形の蒸し物が三種類も出てきてなかなかイカスのだが今日は普通な感じ。赤酢を貰おうとしたけどこのお姉ちゃんだと持ってくるまでに蒸し物が覚めてしまいそうだったから諦める。お次はイカと野菜の中華炒め。甘くて大きな唐芥子がいい香り。かぶるようにして中華茶わん蒸し。しっかしコストパフォーマンスがいいよなぁ。この皿数とそれなりの味と雰囲気は。ま、サービスはしょうがないか。茶わん蒸しをふうふうしている間に黒ソイが一匹登場。清蒸風だがちょっとあつあつな感じがしないぞ。ありゃま。でも味はなかなか美味しい。それだけにあつあつで出して欲しかったなぁ。清蒸はピンクガルーパに限るのう…などという話をしつつはぐはぐはぐ。最後に枸杞の実入り中華粥でしめ。デザートはココナツゼリーにタピオカソース。サービスの烏龍茶を飲みつつ、後で銀座のODINに行くことに決定。
そそくさと出てきて銀座線でODINへと。まずはモスコミュールを伊藤君に勧めつつ我らはジンフィズを頂く。菊ちゃんに九平次の紹介をして酒談義とかとか。その後スモーキーマティーニやら大昔のWhite Horseを飲んで終了。
伊藤君には錦松梅やらちりめん山椒を送ってあげることにする。
