お祭りを冷やかして麻布十番へ

ご近所の氷川神社がお祭りらしい。
というので、早めにぷらぷらっと散歩がてらに食事をしてから屋台を冷やかそうと、まずは麻布十番に。
TSUTAYAでビデオを借りてフードマガジンで買い物をすると小腹も空いてきた。点天で餃子でも食べようと思っていたが、そのまえに「ひもの　あん梅」のカウンターが空いていたので方向修正。
山芋とオクラとなめこ、いくらの三杯酢和えのお通しでビールをごきゅ。うまー。
鮎の干物、タラコの粕漬けを炙ってもらう間になめろう、タコのぬた、秋茄子のサラダをいただく。茄子の焼き浸し風なのだが、ミニアスパラや赤黄パプリカ、トコブシが乗っていてさらにドレッシングにフカヒレが入っている。油通ししてあるのかビールにあう。中ヒット。
鮎の干物は味が乗っててこれまたよろし。もちろん鮎正の方が香りはいいが。タラコは甘くて日本酒か白いご飯が恋しくなってくる。
サンマの丸干しを頼みつつ日本酒に切り替える。加賀鳶があったのでそれにしたのが大失敗。こういった日本酒に気を使っていない普通の店で日本酒を頼むときは売れてなさそうな銘柄は避けねばならなかったのだ。瓶香が悲しいほど付いているがこれは自戒の味とする。そうそうに八海山に切り替え。こんなに旨い酒だったのかー。（自虐）
ようやっとでてきたサンマの丸干しは大ヒット。開きだとはらわたがないので丸干しにしたのが正解。
逆に豆腐はイマイチ。醤油ベースのダシに漬かって出てくるのだが、酢が立ちすぎていて豆の甘味が全然感じられない。
隣の人が食べていた鮭の切り身があまりに美味しそうだったので白いご飯とみそ汁と一緒に頼む。脂の乗った秋鮭が香ばしくて美味しい。
いやーおなか一杯。
