燻製でパーティーの土曜日

朝起きてすぐに、かねてから塩とスパイスで仕込んであった鳥モモと豚タンを燻製。
2時間ばかり燻製してみたがなかなかの出来栄え。
客が来るまで時間があったのでパスタの種を作っておく。今回はセモリナ粉にちょっとだけ強力粉をいれてみて冷蔵庫に寝かしておく。
夕方に名取くんがネットオークションでタラバガニとホタテを落としたのを持ってきたので七輪で焼き焼き。
オリコンの加藤さん、北白川、小笠原さんといったこじんまり食いしん坊集会に。
まずは鳥モモと豚タンでビールをごくごく。
柚子胡椒をちょっとつけて食べるタンがかなり旨い。簡単にできるので常備菜になりそう。
焼きガニが香ばしくてよい。日本酒は残っていた竹林の軽やか純米を空けてしまう。
味来トウモロコシを電子レンジでチンして七輪であぶる。あまーい！
イカのワタとゲソのホイル焼きも完成。
たまらず東一の大吟醸生を空ける。
その後、キノコやら牛ステーキやらを焼く。
焼く、ビール、焼く、白ワイン、焼く、日本酒…　延々と食べては飲んでをくりかえす。
パスタを打ってカニクリームソースで食べる。しあわせー
