日本酒居酒屋「浅間」
四谷三丁目の日本酒居酒屋「浅間」に。
なんでも8月は空前の暇っぷりだったとかで、メニュー構成やお酒のメニューの見直しの相談があるとか。とうとう焼酎を入れることになるらしい。つか5種類入っていました。日本酒一本でがんばっていたのに時代の流れか…
「日本酒のカクテルをやろうと思って…」とかいうアイデアは一蹴しつつ焼酎の銘柄選択をしばし。でも食べ物の意外性がないのが痛いし。移転先ではキチンとした料理人をいれたほうがいい、と進言。
どうせなら回数券を発行すれば？ と提案したのだが聞いていたのだろうか。先に「5,000円分で8杯飲める」という回数券を売っておけば、飲みきれなかった人はまた来るだろうし、来店すれば食べ物だって食べるだろうし。高い酒は除外品としておいてもいいだろうし。もう一回まとめたものを紙にして渡してあげるかな。
お酒はというと取り口は十四代の吟選山田錦、中取り純米愛山、中取り純米山田錦の飲み比べ。アルコール添加の山田の香りの立ちがよい。やっぱり夏を越えて味が伸びるなぁ。
今年最後の入荷の岩ガキ（絶品）、冷奴、イカ刺し、おでん盛り合わせなどをもらう。この岩ガキの甘さだと十四代は重ったるいか、と思うと同時にいそのさわの駿（50％吟醸山田）が注がれる。この呼吸がいいやね。いそのさわさんはアル添しかつくらないというこだわりようで好ましい。純米至上主義者はキッチリ飲み分けできてるのかなぁ。
一階のお客さんが多いので注文がちょっと滞った。あまり気にしていないのだがお詫びということでトウモロコシを頂く。激甘。
墨廼江の特純（宮城米）、惣邑、東一と飲み進む。
そうこうしているうちに隣の席のお二人となんだか話し始める。出版関係、それもマガジンハウスに扶桑社といえば、知り合いの名前がぞろぞろろと出てくるのも当たり前。世間は狭いなぁ。

I’m impressed, I must say. Really rarely do I encounter a blog that’s both educative and entertaining, and let me tell you, you have hit the nail on the head. There are certainly a lot of details like that to take into consideration. That is a great point to bring up.
